Se les comunica que en la sesión pública que celebrará el Pleno Jurisdiccional de la Sala Superior el día y hora antes mencionados, serán puestos a su consideración:
 

A) APROBACIÓN DE ACUERDOS

1.- PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO PARA DEJAR INSUBSISTENTE LA SENTENCIA DE 10 DE JUNIO DE 2020, DICTADA POR EL PLENO JURISDICCIONAL EN EL JUICIO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO 1982/16-13-01-5/1768/17-PL-06-04, EN VIRTUD DE LO ORDENADO EN LA EJECUTORIA DE 02 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2021, PRONUNCIADA POR EL SEGUNDO TRIBUNAL COLEGIADO EN MATERIA ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIALIZADO EN COMPETENCIA ECONÓMICA, RADIODIFUSIÓN Y TELECOMUNICACIONES, EN EL JUICIO DE AMPARO DIRECTO D.A. 5/2021.

2.- PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO PARA DEJAR INSUBSISTENTE LA SENTENCIA DE 28 DE ABRIL DE 2021, DICTADA POR EL PLENO JURISDICCIONAL EN EL JUICIO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO 7002/11-17-01-1/1154/13-PL-08-04-QC, EN VIRTUD DE LO ORDENADO EN LA EJECUTORIA DE 30 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2021, PRONUNCIADA POR EL JUZGADO TERCERO DE DISTRITO EN MATERIA ADMINISTRATIVA EN LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, EN EL JUICIO DE AMPARO INDIRECTO 750/2021.

relación con el Quinto Transitorio del Decreto por el que se expide la
Ley General del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción; la Ley General de
Responsabilidades Administrativas, y la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal
Federal de Justicia Administrativa, así como en el artículo 56, fracción I,
de la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa.
