SE HACE DE SU CONOCIMIENTO QUE LA SESIÓN PROGRAMADA PARA EL JUEVES 16 DE FEBRERO DE 2023, DARÁ INICIO A LAS 13:00 HORAS, EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA SEGUNDA SECCIÓN DE SALA SUPERIOR DE ESTE TRIBUNAL, Y SE TRANSMITIRÁ A DISTANCIA AL PÚBLICO EN GENERAL, UTILIZANDO HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS.

Con fundamento en lo dispuesto en el artículo 48, fracciones I y VIII, de la
Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa, en
relación con el Quinto Transitorio del Decreto por el que se expide la Ley
General del Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción; la Ley General de
Responsabilidades Administrativas, y la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal
de Justicia Administrativa, así como en el artículo 57, fracciones I y VIII,
de la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa.
