Abstract
Argumentación, Interpretación y Raciocinio Jurídico

RESUMEN: El objetivo del estudio que se presenta tiene como finalidad un acercamiento a la teoría de la argumentación jurídica, enfatizando que un argumento bien fundado es aquel que resiste a la crítica y que puede presentarse en un caso que satisfaga los criterios requeridos para obtener una resolución o sentencia; asimismo establecer la importancia de la interpretación jurídica, y por último se realizará un breve análisis del raciocino jurídico y los argumentos jurídicos, y muy especialmente del Argumento Analógico, con la finalidad de conocer cuál es su aplicación dentro del sistema jurídico mexicano.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study looks for an approach to the theory of legal argumentation emphasizing that a sound argument, is the one that handle critics, as well as the one that may take place in a case that meets the required criteria in order to obtain a resolution or sentence; besides, this study aims to establish the importance of legal interpretation, and finally a brief analysis of legal reasoning and legal arguments, specially the Analog Argument, will be presented, in order to know their application within the Mexican system.
