Análisis sobre el Argumento Analógico o A Simili

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo es un análisis del Argumento Analógico, con la finalidad de conocer cuál es su aplicación dentro del sistema mexicano, haciendo referencia a los conceptos vertidos por diversos autores en relación al tema de argumentación jurídica, para después entrar de lleno a la explicación del mismo. Al final del presente se acompañarán una serie de jurisprudencias que nos permitan ejemplificar de una mejor manera dicho argumento.

ABSTRACT: The present work is an analysis of the argument Analog, in order to know their application within the Mexican system, with reference to the ideas expressed by various authors on the issue of legal reasoning, then jump to the explanation thereof. At the end of this series of case law that allow us to sample a better way that will accompany argument.
