Abstract
El Interés Legítimo en el Juicio Contencioso Administrativo Federal

RESUMEN: Recientemente se llevó a cabo una reforma legal para reconocer al interés legítimo como presupuesto procesal del juicio contencioso administrativo ante el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa, aunque circunscrito a la materia ambiental, que forma parte de un movimiento de enmiendas a favor de la protección jurídica de dichos intereses.

ABSTRACT: Recently to issue reform legal form reconognize to the interest legitimate as background of trial against Federal Administration before the Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice, even if limited to matter environmental, inside of a process of amendment in favour of the legal protection from those interest legitimate.
