Abstract
Obligatoriedad para el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa, de aplicar
el Control Difuso de la Convencionalidad

RESUMEN: Existe la imperiosa necesidad de romper con paradigmas y aceptar que el Derecho mexicano es cambiante y debe ajustarse a las necesidades existentes. De ahí que ya no solo debe estar en manos de los Tribunales Colegiados o incluso de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, la protección, cumplimiento y vigilancia de los derechos humanos, puesto que con las reformas efectuadas a nuestra Constitución se crea una nueva obligación y que al encontrarse en el máximo ordenamiento del país, es de estricto cumplimiento, máxime que a pesar de existir estos cambios, el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa, no los aplica del todo en la actualidad.

ABSTRACT: There is an urgent need to break paradigms and accept that the Mexican law is changing and must comply with existing requirements. Hence, not only is in the hands of the Circuit Courts or the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, protection, enforcement and monitoring of human rights, since the reforms made in our Constitution creates a new obligation and that being in the highest order of the country, is strictly enforced, especially that despite these changes exist, the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice, not entirely applicable today.
