Abstract
Los conceptos de abducción y semiótica, y su aplicabilidad en el campo de la propiedad industrial

ABSTRACT: Toda vez que los seres humanos empleamos nuestra capacidad racional para alcanzar resultados y con ello –a través del juego de los signos fundamentales de nuestro lenguaje y de la vida diaria- desarrollamos nuestra creatividad; el presente ensayo, después de discurrir sobre los distintos procesos utilizados por el razonamiento humano, retoma conocimientos teóricos de destacados autores del área y centra su atención en los procesos relativos a la abducción y semiótica, realizando –con la ayuda de ejemplos prácticos y cotidianos del ámbito del Derecho de la Propiedad Industrial-, esquemas que los explican.

ABSTRACT: Whenever humans employ our rational capacity to achieve results and -through the play with the fundamental signs of our language and daily life-, thereby develop our creativity; this essay, after discoursing on the various processes used by human reasoning, focuses on the processes related to the abduction and semiotics, to make schemes to explain them with the help of practical examples and every day; studying for it, the knowledge of various areas such outstanding authors and analyze their applicability in the field of Industrial Property Law.
