Abstract
La imparcialidad y el Código Iberoamericano de Ética Judicial

RESUMEN: Desde que se crea la norma jurídica como instrumento regulatorio de la conducta humana, conjuntamente aparece la figura del juez que tiene la delicada tarea de su interpretación y aplicación. Es en este momento en el que la imparcialidad juega un papel determinante, en atención a que promueve la promoción de los valores jurídicos más altos, como son la justicia y la seguridad jurídica.
El ensayo que se presenta tiene como objetivo el estudio del Código Iberoamericano de Ética Judicial y la imparcialidad, así como el compromiso ético que tiene el juez no sólo con la justicia, sino con la sociedad misma que ha depositado en él toda su confianza teniendo muy por alto que el juez debe buscar la imparcialidad para alcanzar la justicia.

The essay that is has as objective the study of the Ibero-American Code of Judicial Ethics and impartiality, as well as the ethical commitment that has the judge not only justice, but with the same company who has trusted in all with very high that the judge should seek impartiality to achieve justice.

*José Antonio Rumoroso Rodríguez es maestro en Filosofía Social y ha obtenidos las Licenciaturas en Filosofía en la Universidad La Salle, y la Licenciatura en Derecho por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Campus FES Acatlán.
