Abstract
Algunas Consideraciones y Propuestas Relacionadas con la Ética en el Ejercicio de la Función del Secretario de Acuerdos de Sala Regional del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa

RESUMEN: El secretario de acuerdos es un pilar fundamental en el funcionamiento y prestigio alcanzado por el Tribunal; es buen momento para brindarle mayores herramientas y fortalecer las que tiene a efecto de que ejerza con mayor excelencia su función; lo cual, no debe comprender solamente el conocimiento del derecho sino abarcar, necesariamente, su calidad ética. A través del presente, se hará notar la importancia de la ética en el desempeño de la función de dicho funcionario, pues a través de ella se puede lograr una mejor impartición de justicia; también, se expondrán algunas propuestas que pueden contribuir al fortalecimiento de su función desde el aspecto ético. Partiremos de elementos básicos (juez, justicia y ética); ubicaremos al secretario de acuerdos de Sala Regional dentro de la estructura organizacional del Tribunal; y finalmente, se abordará la importancia de la ética judicial en la impartición de justicia.

ABSTRACT: The Secretary of agreements is a key pillar in the performance and prestige reached by the Court, is a good time to provide more tools and strengthen the effect that has to exercise its function more excellence, which should not only understand the knowledge of law but involve, necessarily, its ethical quality. Through this, you will notice the importance of ethics in the performance of the functions of that officer, because through it you can achieve better administration of justice, too, will present some proposals that can help strengthen ethical. Start from basics (judge, justice and ethics) will place the Secretary of Agreements Regional Chamber within the Court's organizational structure, and finally address the importance of judicial ethics in the administration of justice
