La nueva realidad generada por la pandemia de la Covid-19 aceleró el uso de tecnologías en el mundo jurídico. La masiva y acelerada comunicación mediante Internet entre funcionarios de tribunales, abogados y personas diversas fue uno de los fenómenos más importantes, por lo que la implementación de Sistemas de Justicia en Línea accesibles, benéficos y garantistas de derechos fundamentales se convirtió en un imperativo, más para el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa (TFJA) por la naturaleza de su materia. Por eso, en este trabajo se estudia a lo que pretende ser la impartición de justicia apta para este reto: el Sistema de Justicia en Línea 2.0 del TFJA a la luz de la teleología del Derecho Administrativo.

The new reality generated by Covid-19 accelerated the use of technologies in legal sector. The massive and accelerated communication through the Internet between courts, lawyers and different people was. One of the most important changes, so the implementation of accessible e-justice systems that guarantee fundamental rights became an imperative, especially for the Court of Administrative Justice by the nature of its subject. For this reason, based on the teleology of Administrative Law, this paper studies the justice system of this Court, which pretends to be ready for this challenge: The Online Justice System 2.0.
