Los temas procesales básicos se aprenden en la facultad, por ser la primera vez que se abordan, suelen ser de difícil entendimiento, pero una vez puestos en práctica, no lo son tanto, más cuando se trata de una actividad realizada una y otra vez, al sentirse muy “fácil” de implementar; por ello, los años laborados en el Tribunal, me han permitido ubicar esta situación entre compañeros del trabajo y las personas de servicio social, siempre llegamos con la idea de aprender de todo y diversos temas de la materia, pero después de un tiempo, lo esencial se hace a un lado, así, uno de los temas más comunes con los que me enfrentado, corresponden a la ubicación de la controversia a dilucidar en los juicios, incluso un tema por el cual los órganos revisores emiten ejecutorias para cumplimentarse.
