Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa, en relación con el Quinto
Transitorio del Decreto por el que se expide la Ley General del Sistema
Nacional Anticorrupción; la Ley General de Responsabilidades
Administrativas, y la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia
Administrativa, así como en el artículo 56, fracción I, de la Ley Orgánica
del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa.
